"FREE" New York City Transit

As a Registered Voter,  That resides in NYC or Supporting non residents of NYC, I hereby petition Those Federal, State, and Local Officials to Disband and Replace the present NYC Transit Board and Reappoint Board Members that are sensitive to the transit issues of its citizens.  I also demand that the new Board of Directors not initiate any fare increases or service cuts.  Additional demands are for the Board in implement a fare FREE transit system to be paid for via Federal Bailout Funds which Congress will authorize.
